Completed Studies after principal involvement in all operatic productions from January1985 through May 1988. Studied with Mr. William Carey and Dr. Michael Sells. Apprenticeship at Opera Pacific.

BM: Music Performance
California State University, Northridge – Minor in Theater
Performed in over 12 Music Department productions under direction of Dr. David Scott, and several Theater Department productions as well, 1980. Studied choral and orchestral conducting, with John Alexander and Clarence Wiggins. Studied voice instruction with Elisabeth Parham.

Opera Pacific Apprenticeship program Costa Mesa, Fall, 1990 under direction of David DiChiera, Henry Venanzi, and John Mauceri.

Los Angeles Civic Light Opera Musical Theatre Workshop
Los Angeles, CA
Under the direction of Paul Gleason, Harper McKay and Jack Elton.1982. Geared toward a career in performance for the Broadway stage. Included acting, vocal instruction, audition technique, and personal presentation.

Film Industry Workshop
Columbia Studios, Studio City, CA

Development of an understanding of the film industry as well as on camera acting techniques. 1980.

Film Actor’s Workshop
Continued work on on-camera acting technique with scenes performed daily for six to eight weeks. 1981.

Responsibilities include rehearsing and conducting music for each Sunday service, as well as programming assistance and implementation
